This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of specific staffing requirements for various hospitality positions.
• Utilize a range of sourcing strategies and platforms to discover qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines while providing regular updates to hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain a network of potential candidates within the hospitality industry.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful hires.
• Stay informed about industry trends and employment market conditions.
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in candidate sourcing and submissions to maintain a competitive edge.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, specifically within the hospitality sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of various hospitality roles and their requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of the Middle East hospitality market, including regional compensation structures (base salary, gratuity obligations) and visa/hiring regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to exclusive assignments within agreed service level timelines.
• Proficient in using ATS systems (e.g., Workable) and recruitment software and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• A robust network of hospitality professionals is highly advantageous.
• Flexible working hours coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis without guaranteed base salary or retainer.
