Freelance Gaming Recruiting Specialist – Direct Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out candidates through LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, and other pertinent channels

• Execute direct outreach and initiate first-touch engagement with candidates

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both current and future positions

• Work in close partnership with the People team to grasp role specifications and target candidate profiles

• Monitor outreach efforts and candidate feedback using our ATS/shared tools

• Share insights on the talent market and evaluate sourcing effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong emphasis on sourcing

• Robust experience in the gaming sector, especially in casual gaming

• Successful history of direct outreach and engaging passive candidates

• Proficient LinkedIn sourcing abilities, with knowledge of creative/tech gaming profiles

• Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity while closely collaborating with an internal team

• Clear, professional, and respectful communication style
