Freelance Game LQA Tester, Chinese to English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Identify, isolate, document, and rectify localization and linguistic issues, confirming corrections through testing tools or databases.

• Adhere to and finalize test cases and checklists for focused testing efforts.

• Implement pertinent testing processes and procedures.

• Compose bug reports in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

• Utilize knowledge of user preferences in the target market to inform the client's product development.

• Proactively recognize deficiencies in test coverage.

• Collaborate with partner teams throughout the product testing phase.

• Offer constructive feedback on gameplay, enjoyment factor, and game balance based on insights into the target market.

• Conduct manual testing on various gaming platforms.

• Undertake additional relevant tasks as required for the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Avid FPS game player with a strong enthusiasm for the video game industry.

• Native-level proficiency in English, demonstrating exceptional spelling and grammar skills.

• Prior experience in LQA for FPS games is essential.

• Working hours must predominantly align with China Standard Time core business hours (UTC+8).

• Willingness to undertake one unpaid LQA test.

• A rate of USD 15 per hour will be posed as an application question.
