Freelance Game LQA Tester, Chinese to English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Identify, document, isolate, and resolve localization and linguistic issues.

• Validate fixes utilizing testing tools or databases.

• Complete and adhere to test cases and checklists.

• Implement pertinent testing procedures and processes.

• Draft bug reports in alignment with company guidelines and client requirements.

• Incorporate target-market user preferences to enhance the client’s product.

• Actively identify deficiencies in test coverage.

• Collaborate with partner teams during product testing.

• Offer constructive input on gameplay, enjoyment, and game balance.

• Conduct manual testing across diverse gaming platforms.

• Undertake additional relevant tasks as required for the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Avid FPS game player with a strong enthusiasm for the video games industry.

• Native-level command of English, with exceptional spelling and grammar skills.

• Prior LQA experience in FPS games is essential.

• Availability must significantly overlap with China Standard Time core business hours (UTC+8).

• Willingness to undertake one unpaid LQA assessment.

• Acceptance of a rate of USD 15/hour is required.
