This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Identify and attract top-tier FinTech candidates within the EU and UK markets.
• Oversee critical phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment.
• Execute structured interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, motivation, and cultural compatibility.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of FinTech talent for existing and forthcoming positions.
• Work closely with the HHHUB team on ongoing search initiatives and recruitment strategies.
• Offer insights regarding candidate availability, salary expectations, and prevailing market trends.
• Uphold exceptional standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in FinTech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with EU and/or UK hiring markets.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian, Latvian, or Russian is considered a plus.
• Capability to work autonomously and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
• Strong skills in networking and relationship-building.
