Freelance Customer Engagement Specialist, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Reach out to businesses and professionals via telephone

• Discover opportunities and assess potential leads

• Perform market research and gather relevant information

• Arrange appointments for the sales and business development teams

• Verify and enhance customer data along with CRM records

• Document conversations and their outcomes with precision

• Represent clients in a professional and positive manner

• Assist in lead generation, appointment scheduling, market research, customer outreach, data validation, database enrichment, and customer satisfaction initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written

• Good command of the English language

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup

• Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette

• Ability to work independently, flexibility, and a results-driven approach
