Freelance Copywriter, German, B2B Communities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Craft LinkedIn posts tailored for senior-level professionals

• Develop LinkedIn and email newsletters

• Compose in-depth articles and case studies derived from expert interviews

• Create show notes, episode titles, and descriptions

• Design interview guides featuring agendas and essential questions

• Write follow-up posts for events categorized by city and community

• Generate short-form content for WhatsApp and unique formats like playbooks

• Utilize Claude or ChatGPT for research, initial drafts, structuring, and transcript processing

• Proactively gather and integrate feedback, necessary information, and approvals from clients

• Collaborate with the Content Coordinator and the Content Team

• Produce content adhering to specifications, self-publish, and schedule

• Track content performance and contribute to the development of the content strategy

• Manage multiple German-speaking communities simultaneously while adapting to various hosts, tones, and guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German is essential

• English proficiency at least B2, ideally C1

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a copywriter or content creator

• A robust portfolio showcasing German-language texts across diverse formats, particularly LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and long-form content

• Experience in a B2B or digital media setting is advantageous

• Familiarity with writing for a professional or executive audience is beneficial

• Basic understanding of on-page SEO is a plus

• Experience with Claude or ChatGPT, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and a CMS like Sanity is a plus

• Capability to review, revise, and finalize AI-generated texts to a high standard

• Deliver cleanly formatted, publishing-ready texts without the need for rework

• Exhibit an independent, reliable, structured, and proactive working style

• Ability to communicate independently with community hosts and manage deadlines

• Consistent adherence to guidelines for CTAs, links, tagging, and language logic

• Confidently handle client communications and feedback processes

• Apply in German with your CV, a brief cover letter, a writing portfolio covering at least two formats, your expected hourly rate, and available weekly capacity

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a brief writing test
