β’ Identify and expand the client portfolio of the firm, focusing on SMEs and mid-sized companies throughout France.
β’ Independently manage your sales pipeline at a pace that suits you.
β’ Determine and target potential prospects.
β’ Transfer "qualified leads" to the Recruiter.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in B2B Business Development.
β’ A network of managers and C-level contacts that can be activated.
β’ Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken French.
β’ Experience in B2B outbound Business Development, particularly in a hunting role.
β’ Ideally, experience in professional services such as recruitment firms, consulting, agencies, or IT services companies (ESN).
