Freelance Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop essential brand assets, encompassing logos, complete visual identities, and extensive color palettes.

• Create, organize, and present variations of key brand elements.

• Maintain brand consistency across both internal and external materials, such as pitch decks and social media kits.

• Establish scalable and enduring visual systems that adhere to contemporary design standards.

• Assess design quality across various platforms to ensure brand aesthetics are effectively represented in both digital and print formats.

• Implement brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems to produce cohesive, modern, and impactful brand assets.

• Participate in the Tendem project and develop visual identities for real-world brands and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred.

• A robust portfolio centered on brand identity development, logo creation, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

• In-depth understanding of how branding is conveyed across digital and print mediums.

• Strong grasp of brand identity development, including scalable logos, color schemes, and typography systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

• Demonstrated capability to adapt brand identity across digital social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print materials.

• Excellent organizational skills for creating brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries.

• A strategic, detail-oriented mindset focused on building long-term brand equity.

• Commitment to visual consistency and the ability to act as a brand gatekeeper.

• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.

• A portfolio that highlights branding projects (logos, identity systems, guidelines) must be included in the CV.

• Proficiency in English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher (mandatory).
