Freelance Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design compelling visual identities for tangible brands and products as part of the Tendem project.

• Develop essential brand assets, such as logos, full visual identities, and detailed color palettes.

• Create, organize, and present variations of key brand components.

• Maintain brand consistency across both internal and external materials, including pitch presentations and social media toolkits.

• Establish scalable and enduring visual systems that adhere to contemporary design standards.

• Validate designs across various platforms, ensuring that brand aesthetics are effectively represented in both digital and print formats.

• Leverage brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems knowledge to produce cohesive, modern, and impactful brand assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred.

• A robust portfolio that emphasizes brand identity development, logo creation, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

• Profound understanding of how core branding translates across both digital and print platforms.

• A strategic and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.

• Expertise in creating foundational brand assets, including scalable logos, distinctive color schemes, and typography systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt brand identity for digital, social media, corporate pitch decks, and print applications.

• Strong organizational skills for crafting brand guidelines, style guides, and systematic asset libraries.

• Capability to troubleshoot independently and produce high-quality assets.

• A portfolio showcasing branding work must be included in the CV.

• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is mandatory.
