Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create exceptional visual content across various digital platforms, events, and products.

• Implement the visual identity systems of Douro Labs and Pyth in web, social media, and event materials.

• Assist the Product Design Lead with graphics related to product development initially.

• Develop social media visuals, sales materials, internal communication assets, and website content.

• Contribute to marketing efforts for product launches, exchange integrations, and ecosystem events.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital mediums.

• Modify and optimize assets for different formats and platforms.

• Design marketing materials for conferences and events.

• Produce booth graphics, signage, and printed materials.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event materials.

• Provide support for product-related graphics, illustrations, and visual assets.

• Maintain visual consistency between brand and product interfaces.

• Develop templates and systems to streamline repetitive tasks.

• Establish the visual groundwork for Pyth Pro and broaden Douro Labs' reach into traditional financial markets beyond Web3 audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic or brand design.

• Strong foundational skills in layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Proficient in Figma.

• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work in both digital and print formats.

• Expertise in at least one area: motion design, Framer, or illustration and iconography.

• AI-savvy mindset, incorporating tools like Claude and Firefly into daily workflows.

• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Clear and approachable communicator who welcomes feedback and shares ideas confidently.

• Innovative thinker and problem-solver.

• Familiarity with Crypto/DeFi or financial infrastructure is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be based in the US, preferably in the PST time zone.
