• Oversee multiple projects and workflows across integrated media for client campaigns, while developing and managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and clear setting of expectations.
• Anticipate and proactively respond to client needs, assessing implications for strategy, execution, and overall business impact.
• Oversee the creation of project briefs.
• Provide a strategic perspective to enhance creative concepts.
• Evaluate deliverables against briefs and client requests/changes.
• Strive to make contributions that extend beyond standard job expectations.
• Minimum of four years of experience in account management within an agency setting.
• Experience in a dynamic agency environment, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with video production, digital, social media, and the integrated campaign development process.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Well-developed creative instincts.
• Innovative thinker and skilled problem-solver capable of resourcefully and constructively addressing new demands, priorities, challenges, or obstacles.
• Business savvy with the ability to discuss marketing and business needs beyond just advertising.
• Preferred: Knowledge of specific categories/industries.
