This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Analyze fraud patterns and perform investigations to prevent fraudulent or suspicious activities.
• Manage a queue of incoming customer appeals utilizing effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement while driving tasks to completion.
• Conduct live and historical data reviews with a keen attention to detail.
• Carry out repetitive operational tasks while ensuring accuracy and considering process enhancements.
• 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment within Fraud, Data Processing, or Support sectors, or possess a strong academic background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A positive demeanor and resilience to navigate through constantly changing and dynamic operational scenarios.
• Capability to address critical and sensitive issues promptly in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Availability to work on weekends or holidays.
• Experience with ZenDesk or similar tools is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of the gig economy.
