This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire sales cycle for new franchise partners, from initial outreach to contract execution.
• Achieve and surpass recruitment and revenue goals through a disciplined, metrics-oriented approach.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
• Address and qualify inbound leads from digital platforms, events, and referral sources.
• Conduct discovery calls to comprehend candidate objectives and align them with franchise opportunities.
• Provide engaging, consultative sales presentations and finalize franchise agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and compliant franchise disclosure and contracting process.
• Work with leadership to monitor performance, analyze pipeline data, and refine strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of sales experience; experience in the franchise or travel industry is preferred.
• Proven success in high-volume outbound sales, including cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Strong consultative selling and closing abilities, with the capacity to influence decision-making.
• Experience in implementing structured follow-up and nurturing strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
