This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Creating and implementing revenue strategies customized for each campground within the assigned portfolio.
• Serving as a revenue strategy consultant for franchise owners by offering insights and recommendations derived from market data and trends, including both short- and long-term pacing, industry developments, and competitive analysis.
• Generating property-level business reports that cover all pertinent performance KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Delivering comprehensive revenue strategy recommendations to the franchisee team and ensuring their implementation.
• Organizing and leading revenue meetings with specific objectives and targets.
• Providing a dynamic forecast of anticipated results, variances, and budget comparisons for the managed portfolio.
• Collaborating with Field Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Field Operations teams to track demand generators, business trends, and competitor strategies.
• Assisting in the analysis of various strategies and offering key insights and learnings for best practices in revenue management.
• Supporting training and educational initiatives on revenue management for KOA.
• Completing the annual Best Park in Market analysis, Annual Business Reviews, and Commercial Strategy Roadmaps for the assigned portfolio.
• Aiding Field Marketing teams in the development and execution of annual marketing strategies.
• Contributing to the creation of case studies that evaluate the effectiveness of Revenue Managed Services.
• Executing or assisting with special projects related to revenue management.
• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in hospitality or hotel management.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in operations or revenue management, with some involvement in forecasting and pricing.
• Experience managing multiple properties is essential.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Skills in strategic planning.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales, marketing, research, planning, and market analysis.
• Willingness to travel.
