Franchise Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and identify potential candidates for ERA franchise partnerships.

• Engage in high-quality outreach and conduct professional discussions.

• Develop and maintain a structured, long-term pipeline of candidates.

• Execute nurture and follow-up campaigns over extended durations.

• Represent ERA professionally to all candidates.

• Manage follow-ups, next steps, and maintain candidate momentum.

• Clearly document all activities in CRM and recruitment systems.

• Collaborate closely with ERA’s Country Managers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and eventually in other regions.

• Recruit franchise partners for the ERA Group’s global franchise network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in recruitment, especially in executive and franchise recruitment.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) – essential.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• High levels of motivation, engagement, and personal accountability.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Adaptable mindset and readiness to navigate long decision-making processes.

• Comfortable interacting with senior-level professionals.

• Ideally located in Lahore or Karachi, although this is not a strict requirement.
