Franchise Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Assist the marketing team in implementing strategies that enhance the profitable topline sales of restaurants and strengthen brand relevance.

• Oversee Corporate and Franchise media strategies and Local Marketing Budgets to achieve targeted Same Store Sales objectives.

• Collaborate with the media agency on guidelines, schedules, and creative adaptations for media initiatives.

• Act as the marketing liaison for Corporate and Franchise Operators.

• Handle creative requests, suggestions, and feedback while providing support and maintaining relationships with the field.

• Coordinate with marketing vendors, including POP and media firms.

• Represent Marketing on cross-departmental project teams for tests, special initiatives, and promotional launches.

• Maintain and refresh ship lists, store location directories, location listings, and review management tools.

• Support the Digital Team with CRM platforms, websites, SMS, e-clubs, and app-based loyalty programs.

• Execute administrative tasks such as budget tracking, meeting agendas, notes, action items, and project-management requests.

• Keep track of project status and related activities using a project management platform.

• Direct marketing plans for new restaurant openings and assist with marketing functions related to these launches.

• Oversee Local Restaurant Marketing plans and provide necessary support materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Related Field.

• At least 5 Years of Experience in Franchise restaurant marketing.

• Exceptional Project Management, Communication, and Organizational Skills.

• Demonstrated Ability to Manage Time Efficiently and Work Independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with Franchise Business is a Plus.

• Willingness to travel 25–50%, including overnight trips.
