Franchise Fitness Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality workouts and member experiences throughout the network.

• Provide coaching to franchisees, head coaches, and studio leaders on fitness practices that enhance retention, utilization, and operational excellence, including scheduling optimization.

• Enhance coaching quality through workshops, training sessions, and consultations.

• Facilitate OTFit certifications, OTFit Facilitator sessions, and ongoing education programs.

• Guide studios in implementing national fitness initiatives and system-wide rollouts.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that connect coaching quality with studio performance, focusing on new member acquisition and retention.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Fitness teams to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and operational requirements.

• Review studio compliance with network certification and brand experience standards.

• Support approximately 100 to 150 studios and 25 to 50 franchisees.

• Work closely with a Franchise Business Consultant and, if necessary, take full ownership of the territory.

• Travel up to 65% within the designated territory to visit franchise studios, conduct training, and support fitness initiatives.

• Operate from a remote home office when not traveling.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an Orangetheory Fitness studio.

• A nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE GFI, NASM PT, ACSM PT, NSCA, NCSF).

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• An associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a fitness support role.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in fitness settings.

• Experience in multi-unit leadership.

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• A passion for fitness, coaching excellence, and providing outstanding member experiences.

• Capability to effectively guide, mentor, and influence studio teams.
