• Develop and sustain a network to attract top talent to Greene King, advocating for our franchise concept and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

• Work closely with our self-employed Partner Operators to assist in the development and execution of growth strategies within our Partnership framework.

• Deliver exceptional commercial outcomes through regular business reviews, pub visits, and team meetings.

• Manage Partner contractual obligations, taking prompt and decisive actions as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.

• Excel in a dynamic, expanding division with a strong drive to achieve remarkable results.

• Analyze data to reveal significant insights and formulate actionable plans that enhance performance.

• Have a passion for pubs, with substantial experience in Leisure & Hospitality, preferably in a multi-site field-based role.

• Possess exceptional communication, influencing, and networking abilities to build robust relationships.
