Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Influence and have a direct impact on 90-125 franchised Wingstop restaurants in Colorado and Utah to achieve results and meet business objectives.

• Take ownership of the portfolio's business performance, health, and P&L, driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability.

• Act as the primary liaison between Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and Brand Partners.

• Regularly travel to Brand Partner restaurants to ensure operational excellence, provide coaching, and uphold the brand across various aspects such as operations, facilities, marketing, training, purchasing, and development.

• Analyze business performance through data and dashboards; identify opportunities and develop strategic growth and profitability plans.

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners.

• Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, make timely decisions, and influence outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and franchise agreements throughout the region.

• Advocate for best practices and disseminate regional learnings.

• Serve as a champion of Wingstop culture and act as a brand ambassador.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to enhance financial and operational performance.

• Frequent utilization of a computer and other technology essential to everyday responsibilities.

• High stamina to travel up to 75%, working extended hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Capability to manage travel effectively, ensuring compliance with Wingstop travel policies.

• Ability to prioritize competing tasks across various projects while maintaining urgency and quality.
