Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate structured coaching calls, performance evaluations, and both quarterly and annual planning sessions.

• Ensure franchise owners adhere to KPIs, commitments, operational standards, and timelines.

• Assist new franchise owners throughout the onboarding process and the 120 Day Abundant Life Launch.

• Oversee financial and operational performance, promptly addressing any gaps.

• Develop and manage corrective action plans for franchise locations that are underperforming.

• Perform operational audits to uphold brand standards and standard operating procedures.

• Record coaching activities, performance risks, commitments, and action plans via the SGP Dashboard.

• Bring unresolved performance or compliance issues to the attention of the Director of Franchise Performance.

• Proven experience in coaching business owners, franchise owners, or senior executives.

• In-depth knowledge of business operations, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Capability to hold owners accountable while fostering strong relationships.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

• Proficiency in identifying performance gaps and formulating clear action plans.

• Experience with dashboards, CRM platforms, or performance reporting tools is essential.

• Prior experience in the franchise sector is preferred.
