This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the delivery of clinical education for Image Guided Therapy (IGT) to Philips clients.
• Provide fundamental to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics throughout the designated area.
• Offer onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training.
• Assist customers in testing workarounds, integrating clinically, and utilizing new solution functionalities.
• Manage the learning experience through consultations with customers and collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure excellent onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Update internal teams on project status, challenges, and delays.
• Foster communication and collaboration within the learning audience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and attain advanced proficiency in specialization.
• Tackle and resolve various problems using sound judgment.
• Be prepared to travel approximately 75% within the zone, including potential national travel and overnight trips via air, train, or bus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.
• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is highly desirable.
• Current and active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) must be verified.
• Advanced certification in at least one of CV, CI, VI, or RCIS is required, or must be obtained within 12 months of starting employment.
• A certificate or an associate degree is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.
• A strong passion for technology and education related to patient care is essential.
• Capability to fulfill minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting alongside hospital/healthcare environments.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business needs is necessary.
• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Compliance with required personal protective equipment is mandatory.
• May need to adhere to vendor credentialing requirements.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship will be provided now or in the future.
• Must live in or near Indiana within commuting distance.
• Residence must be in a city within the territory that covers the majority of the customer base.
• Should be within a one-hour drive from a major non-regional airport.
