This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive analytics workstreams, taking charge of planning, requirements gathering, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and user adoption for Sigma solutions.
• Manage the technical strategy, backlog, and prioritization of tasks to deliver high-quality, scalable analytics solutions that align with each client's business context and data environment.
• Conduct client working sessions to clarify business objectives, define analytical requirements, engage stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making.
• Create and develop Sigma workbooks, dashboards, governed datasets, and self-service analytics experiences.
• Utilize SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques to connect Sigma solutions to cloud data warehouses, data marts, and analytical data frameworks.
• Set quality standards and review analytics deliverables for technical accuracy, usability, performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Advise on governance, security, access, workspace, and operational model practices to support enterprise-scale Sigma adoption.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance data models, workbooks, reports, platform configurations, and deployment challenges.
• Manage client expectations through regular status updates, proactive communications, feedback mechanisms, and risk management.
• Collaborate with account and practice leaders to identify new use cases, extension opportunities, and reusable accelerators.
• Lead or mentor consultants while also contributing to staffing, utilization, delivery planning, workstream budgets, and project performance.
• Assist with backlog development and ongoing improvements of analytics solutions following initial implementation.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in delivering data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization solutions within an enterprise setting.
• More than 3 years of external consulting experience, including the responsibility for client-facing analytics projects or workstreams from initiation to completion.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering analytics solutions with Sigma, including workbook development, data exploration, visualization, and self-service analytics experiences.
• Strong SQL capabilities and experience with cloud data warehouses, data marts, semantic models, and analytical data structures.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, metric definition, visualization design, performance optimization, and analytics architecture.
• Experience in establishing or managing Sigma governance practices, including access management, security, workspace organization, deployment methods, and platform administration.
• Proven ability to translate vague business requirements into clear analytical needs and effectively communicate recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Outstanding customer-facing communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and processes.
