Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to OpenWorks’ training protocols, standards, and operational criteria.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for franchisees and offer support to new owners.

• Implement training programs that concentrate on business strategy, financial knowledge, and effective people management.

• Monitor performance metrics and mentor franchisees through actionable development strategies.

• Work alongside leadership and cross-functional teams to tackle non-compliance issues and promote improvement initiatives.

• Propel the utilization of systems and technology, such as HubSpot and Dynamics, to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the franchise sector, with a minimum of 5 years in franchise operations, development, or vendor management.

• Established history of supporting franchise programs resulting in measurable improvements in compliance, growth, or profitability.

• Knowledge of janitorial operations and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems; experience with HubSpot and Dynamics is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and training abilities; adept at presenting to audiences both virtually and in person.

• Metrics-driven approach with the capability to assess performance and suggest enhancements.

• Growth-oriented and solutions-focused, possessing strong interpersonal skills.

• Openness to travel quarterly or as required.
