Fractional Transaction Coordinator, Inside Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through phone, email, and text messaging.

• Collaborate with agents and title companies to ensure compliance.

• Provide answers to inquiries regarding contracts and terms of sale.

• Utilize computer technology to research available properties and client information.

• Assist prospective clients and agents with real estate transactions from pre-listing to contract closure.

• Address and resolve conflicts that may arise during real estate transactions.

• Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary responsibilities are met from initial contact through to closing and thereafter.

• Manage the acquisition and disposal of investment properties.

• Act as a subject matter expert and specialist in investment.

• Experience as a transaction coordinator.

• Proven sales experience.

• Active real estate or broker license in the state of Washington.

• Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.

• A proactive and determined attitude.

• Self-motivated, personable, and focused on personal achievement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in the real estate investment sector.

• Must reside in Bellingham, Seattle, Spokane, or other locations within Washington State.
