This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Conduct rapid experiments utilizing various combinations of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and channels.
β’ Execute some tests end-to-end personally, while collaborating with external agency partners for others.
β’ Evaluate test outcomes using call data, CRM insights, and lead lists to discern effective strategies.
β’ Collaborate closely with the founder to define and prioritize the testing roadmap.
β’ Proven experience as a growth "hacker" or a similar experiment-oriented growth leader, capable of quickly designing, executing, and measuring experiments.
β’ Proficient in product marketing, with the ability to identify the optimal ICP, messaging, and channel combinations.
β’ Background in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups that target mid-market and enterprise clients.
β’ Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
β’ Ability to work on an hourly basis (not on retainer), effectively tracking hours while maintaining efficiency.
β’ Nice-to-haves: Previous founder experience, capability to handle outreach execution independently rather than relying on others, and familiarity with highly technical or data-intensive enterprise products.
