Fractional Finance & Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop financial models, projections, and scenario analyses.

• Evaluate unit economics and reverse-engineer from revenue goals to guide hiring and growth strategies.

• Extract and assess customer data to generate insights that influence strategic direction.

• Construct pricing and ROI models to facilitate sales discussions.

• Create materials for investor updates and assist in managing investor relations.

• Collaborate with our external accounting firm on monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

• Partner directly with our founder/CEO as a proactive execution collaborator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience at early-stage, VC-backed startups (Seed through C) in hands-on Finance/Strategy/BizOps roles.

• A background in investment banking, management consulting, or similar strategic finance positions.

• Proficient in financial modeling and projections.

• Familiarity with mid-market and enterprise SaaS products, with a strong ability to model standard SaaS metrics.

• Comfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking hours, and operating with efficiency.

• Must be located in the USA or Canada only.
