This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver strategic and operational financial assistance for designated business units.
• Oversee the preparation of operating and capital forecasts, as well as long-term financial models and business plan financial models.
• Conduct monthly operational reviews and lead financial enhancement initiatives.
• Provide leadership within the department by guiding other Finance Partners.
• Serve as a project manager to ensure the achievement of goals through collaboration and coordination with centralized finance teams.
• Actively engage in the month-end financial close review and analysis process for business units.
• Direct a monthly operational review process for the business unit, including variance analysis.
• Regularly present financial performance updates to internal operational leadership.
• Facilitate financial acumen training for the operational teams within business units.
• Spearhead the implementation, education, and communication of essential financial management reporting tools.
• Assist the operational leadership of business units with capital requests and develop return on investment financial models.
• Collaborate with various departments to effectively optimize revenue performance and reporting.
• Ensure awareness of alterations in finance policies, guidelines, requirements, and regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree - (Mandatory)
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience - (Mandatory)
