Fractional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Offer mid-level, director, and executive-level assistance for all positions within the non-profit sector, excluding accounting and finance.

• Typical work hours range from 10 to 20 hours per week, with some projects requiring up to 40 hours per week based on the organization's size and complexity.

• Assignment locations may vary; most tasks are conducted remotely or virtually, although on-site project requests may arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience demonstrating a successful track record in nonprofit roles such as Executive Director, Director of Development, Chief Development Officer, Major Gifts Director, Director of Philanthropy, or similar positions.

• We seek professionals with backgrounds in roles like Human Resource Leader, Marketing Leader, and Operations Leader.

• Capability to quickly evaluate and recommend optimal strategies to achieve objectives.

• Proficiency in processing and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

• Established ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively.

• Adaptability to respond swiftly to evolving client requirements.

• Experience in leading within virtual or hybrid settings.

• Willingness to engage in both tactical and strategic initiatives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of effective presentation capabilities.

• Ease in interacting with executive leadership, staff, board members, and significant donors.

• Comprehensive experience in identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and managing major donors.
