
Fractional Chief Growth Advisor – Data Centre

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO and senior leadership regarding growth strategies for data centre-focused products within the Indian market.
• Develop market entry and expansion strategies, including the prioritization of customer segments, regional value propositions, and deciding between partnership-led and direct sales models.
• Utilize senior-level networks among data centre developers, operators, hyperscalers, fund managers, EPCs, and advisors to discover impactful growth opportunities.
• Assist in building anchor relationships that boost credibility and facilitate adoption in key regions.
• Serve as a senior commercial advisor on complex, enterprise-level sales opportunities within the data centre ecosystem.
• Support large, strategic deals by facilitating access to senior decision-makers.
• Selectively engage in C-suite and board-level discussions with clients.
• Contribute to the development of deal narratives, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
• Offer insights on commercial models and monetization strategies, including enterprise licensing, platform subscriptions, and strategic partnerships.
• Gather market feedback to enhance positioning and messaging for developers, operators, investors, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Act as a senior industry representative for the company at high-impact forums, exclusive roundtables, and strategic industry engagements.
• Provide guidance on thought leadership themes and market narratives that strengthen authority in the data centre space without relying on conventional sales-driven marketing.
• Give advisory input throughout the entire data centre lifecycle, covering:
• Site selection and due diligence.
• Power availability, grid strategy, and energy transition considerations.
• Sustainability, efficiency, and regulatory constraints.
• Connectivity, latency, and network resilience.
• Layout planning, structural systems, and modular/scalable approaches.
• Ensure the platform accurately represents how data centres are constructed, operated, marketed, and optimized throughout their lifecycle.
• Over 15 years of senior experience in data centre development, design, construction, investment, operations, or commercial leadership.
• Extensive experience with large-scale or hyperscale data centre projects and global data centre developers or operators.
• Strong and active networks among developers, operators, funders, EPCs, consultants, and advisors.
• Proven experience in a fractional, advisory, consulting, or C-suite leadership role.
• Significant experience with solution selling and enterprise B2B sales within the data centre or related infrastructure sectors.
• A background in, or strong familiarity with, B2B SaaS, technology, or digital platforms is a considerable advantage.
