FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in analyzing actual results, forecasts, and budgets.

• Collaborate with global Revenue team members to create annual budgets and periodic forecasts while understanding essential drivers.

• Model revenue forecasts based on go-to-market strategies and return on investment.

• Evaluate CAC, LTV, NRR, and conduct various cohort analyses.

• Advocate for zero-based budgeting principles and perform thorough cost and forecast reviews.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the CUBE forecasting tool.

• Deliver financial insights and variance analysis regarding operating expenses, capital expenditures, and project costs.

• Track financial KPIs, identify trends, and analyze reasons for unexpected variances.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and other departments.

• Assist in monthly revenue forecasting, annual budgeting, operating-plan variance analysis, and ad hoc revenue initiatives.

• Report directly to the VP of FP&A.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or a comparable consulting position.

• Required experience in financial modeling and forecasting.

• Advanced skills in Google Suite, including Sheets and Slides, or Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with business planning software, preferably Anaplan.

• Experience with NetSuite or similar platforms.

• Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Strong critical-thinking and self-starting capabilities; readiness to embrace change and drive innovation in financial reporting and modeling.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously within remote teams.
