FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial modeling, data analysis, and long-term planning for all capital expenditures and hardware supply chain activities.

• Collaborate across departments with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Sales leadership to assess capex investments and the economics of hardware deployment.

• Enhance and automate inventory forecasting models to track consumption patterns for essential hardware and product accessories.

• Lead the analysis of production and inventory data for demand planning discussions to synchronize accessory ordering with field consumption.

• Identify opportunities for structural savings within capex spending while assessing new strategic hardware projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis applied to intricate, unstructured business challenges.

• Hands-on experience in developing data models using tools such as Google Sheets, Sigma, or specialized FP&A software like Pigment.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively and deliver on schedule while working collaboratively with business partners.

• Background in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a similar business setting.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is mandatory.

• Previous experience with hardware products or supply chain operations is advantageous.
