FP&A Investments Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment deliverables for New Business Investment (NBI) and Overhead.

• Assist in forecasting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes for investments.

• Deliver financial analysis to support informed decision-making.

• Engage in cross-training to provide backup support for Capital and Balance Sheet functions.

• Collaborate with the Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) organization to manage and execute New Business Investments.

• Facilitate collaboration across various functions and business segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and associated tools.

• Practical experience with SAP business systems, including Business Warehouse (BW) toolsets or similar enterprise solutions.

• Ability to interpret and analyze extensive financial data sets to support decision-making and reporting.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in a complex, highly matrixed environment.

• Capability to build and sustain cross-functional relationships.

• Ability to influence and promote change without direct authority.

• Familiarity with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), and/or Analysis for Office (AO) tools.
