This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, enhance, and consistently refine the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate on quarterly forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan.
• Work in partnership with budget owners to develop and sustain detailed support for Revenue, COGS, SG&A, CapEx, and test assumptions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive, creating or adjusting reporting and dashboards.
• Aid in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures in compliance with GAAP.
• Conduct actual-versus-budget/forecast variance analysis and perform internal account reconciliations.
• Generate and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and summary packages for department heads.
• Facilitate the monthly Financial Review Process alongside functional leaders and budget owners.
• Prepare materials for management reviews and meetings.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc analytical and strategic assistance to the Manager of FP&A and business leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, or Corporate Accounting.
• Experience in Consumer Applications or SaaS analysis/reporting is highly preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience in subscription-based businesses is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, or their Google Suite equivalents.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems such as Workday Adaptive Insights for financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize financial results for C-Suite and department leaders.
• Capacity to exhibit sound judgment and adaptability in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions.
• A balance of high-level strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution is highly desirable.
