This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of comprehensive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis related to Sales and RevOps headcount and operational expenses.
• Develop and sustain driver-based financial models along with monthly forecast revisions.
• Compile and update monthly and quarterly headcount and OpEx reports for GTM leadership, detailing variance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in revenue and ARR forecasting by correlating headcount and expense assumptions with topline capacity and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Accounting, Procurement, and broader FP&A teams to synchronize hiring strategies, expense forecasts, and actuals.
• Present data-driven scenarios and insights regarding hiring schedules and program trade-offs.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as dictated by business needs.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field.
• Proficient in financial modeling with strong skills in Excel/Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Comfortable working with headcount and OpEx data, HR snapshots, hiring plans, and actual expense figures.
• Familiarity with experimenting with AI tools and a keen interest in integrating them into daily operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating insights to non-financial partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments is a plus.
• Prior experience collaborating directly with Sales or RevOps teams is advantageous.
• Knowledge of financial planning and reporting tools is beneficial.
