This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Engage every qualified lead β both inbound and outbound β towards a definitive next step.
β’ Execute multi-touch follow-up sequences and enhance them based on actual conversion metrics.
β’ Develop and sustain the SDR and BDR playbook from the ground up.
β’ Boost meeting generation while minimizing stalled leads.
β’ Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition into the discovery phase.
β’ Provide structured feedback to marketing regarding lead quality, objections, and messaging gaps.
β’ Monitor and report on key metrics: speed to first touch, MQL-to-meeting conversion rate.
β’ Builder mentality: Enthusiastic about working without a predefined plan.
β’ AI proficiency: Skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.
β’ Initiative-driven: Comfortable taking the lead and experimenting quickly.
β’ Strong follow-up skills: Prioritize speed, persistence, and quality of follow-up over sheer volume.
β’ Iterative approach: You track your tests and rapidly draw conclusions.
