This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Design and implement multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies (email, phone, social) to discover and qualify high-value leads.
• Create the foundational outbound sales process, which includes messaging, sequencing, and CRM organization.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and adjust product-market fit based on market insights.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to identify prospect pain points and articulate the value proposition of our technology.
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly meeting-set and qualification goals.
• Work with the product team to share customer insights that impact the product roadmap.
• Demonstrated success as an SDR or BDR in an early-stage startup environment.
• Prior experience as a "Founding SDR" or being one of the first three hires in a sales organization.
• Comprehensive experience in B2B SaaS and technical sales environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
• A self-motivated mindset with the resilience and creative problem-solving abilities necessary for 0-to-1 growth.
• Proficiency with contemporary sales stacks (CRM, prospecting tools, and automation platforms).
• Direct experience in selling AI-driven solutions or working in the AI/ML domain.
• Experience in developing sales playbooks and documentation from the ground up.
