This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of the complete top-of-funnel strategy, encompassing lead generation, prospecting, and the qualification and scheduling of initial meetings.
• Create, test, and refine multi-channel outbound sequences (including email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative video) to engage our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Collaborate with the founding team to enhance value propositions and assess product-market fit based on real-time feedback from prospects.
• Oversee and maintain a tidy CRM pipeline, ensuring precise forecasting and data accuracy.
• Identify high-value accounts and outline key stakeholders within targeted organizations.
• Assist in selecting and implementing the necessary sales technology stack to automate and scale outreach initiatives.
• Demonstrated success as an SDR in a B2B SaaS or rapidly growing tech environment.
• Previous experience as a Founding SDR or an early team member at a seed/Series A startup.
• Proficient in modern outbound sales tools (such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging value propositions.
• A "hunter" mentality characterized by a proactive approach and a high level of resilience.
• Proven ability to operate independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience in selling AI-driven software or developer tools.
• Experience in "full-cycle" sales or closing smaller deals.
• Basic understanding of data analytics or technical infrastructure.
• A history of success in a remote-first work setting.
