Founding Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and execution from inception to launch.

• Perform user research and customer discovery to confirm product-market alignment.

• Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), quickly iterate, and scale successful features based on user feedback.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, founders, and leadership teams to bring products to fruition.

• Take ownership of roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile development cycles.

• Set metrics and KPIs to measure product success and user engagement.

• Drive the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.

• Create specifications, wireframes, and user stories to direct development efforts.

• Influence company growth strategies and business decisions through data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within an early-stage startup.

• Proven experience in launching products from 0 to 1, creating MVPs, and iterating based on user input.

• Capability to integrate user research, data, and market insights into product decision-making.

• Comfortable working with agile development methodologies, sprints, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in defining product roadmaps and frameworks for feature prioritization.

• Strong grasp of customer psychology, user experience (UX), and data-informed product iteration.

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.

• Experience in SaaS, AI, fintech, marketplaces, or developer tools is advantageous.

• LinkedIn URL is necessary.
