This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will identify key influencers and networks within the German law-firm sector.
• You will cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance reach, build trust, and generate qualified leads for JUPUS.
• You will establish long-term relationships with pertinent market stakeholders.
• You will create new referral and growth pathways in the legal industry.
• You will establish and prioritize a relevant partner landscape in the German legal sector.
• You will identify and engage potential partners, including law-firm software providers, legal IT service providers, regional and national bar associations, and adjacent law-firm service providers.
• You will develop concrete cooperation models and collaborative go-to-market strategies.
• You will foster strong relationships with decision-makers and key referrers.
• You will plan and execute initial pilot partnerships and referral models.
• You will participate in significant industry events and networking opportunities.
• You will closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• You will maintain CRM systems, track performance, and continually enhance existing partnerships.
• Experience in the legal market, legal technology, or a law-firm-related field.
• Understanding of the structures and decision-making processes within small and medium-sized law firms.
• Several years of experience in partnerships, business development, or complex B2B sales.
• Proven experience in establishing new partnerships, networks, or partner programs.
• Strong awareness of market dynamics, networks, and commercial potential.
• Ability to cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships.
• A structured, pragmatic, and self-motivated working style.
• Confidence in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and decision-makers.
• An existing network within the German legal market is a significant advantage.
