📋 Description

• Provide structural engineering packages for active projects, encompassing foundation design, steel and concrete structures, equipment supports, loading calculations, connection design, and construction documentation.

• Develop parametric structural design workflows that automate analysis, sizing, optimization, 3D modeling, and drawing generation.

• Incorporate structural analysis tools such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD, or similar into automated workflows.

• Link structural design with civil, electrical, and mechanical systems so that modifications to equipment, loads, and site constraints automatically update the structural design.

• Utilize AI coding agents like Claude Code to create and deploy the automation engine.

• Take ownership of structural engineering automation for data center and industrial projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong comprehension of structural mechanics, including statics, dynamics, material behavior, load paths, stability, and failure modes.

• Experience in designing, analyzing, or constructing real physical structures or intricate load-bearing systems.

• Capacity to work from fundamental principles rather than solely depending on established workflows or software outputs.

• Ability to deploy code using AI tools, even without prior software engineering experience.

• Outstanding technical judgment and sense of ownership.

• PE or SE license is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience with pioneering structures, industrial systems, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, or other technically challenging physical products is highly valued.
