📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive civil engineering solutions, which include site layouts, grading and earthwork, stormwater management, drainage systems, utilities, access roads, and construction documentation.

• Develop a parametric civil design engine that utilizes site constraints, topography, geotechnical information, and project specifications to produce coordinated engineering outputs.

• Streamline the process of earthwork optimization, drainage calculations, utility routing, and iterations of site layouts through automation.

• Integrate civil engineering with structural, mechanical, and electrical design to ensure that modifications are reflected across all disciplines.

• Leverage AI coding agents like Claude Code to create workflows and deliver code efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a solid understanding of the physics and engineering principles related to grading, drainage, hydraulics, and site development.

• Have experience delivering tangible engineering designs that have been implemented or possess equivalent practical experience in addressing challenging physical engineering issues.

• Be adept at questioning conventional engineering workflows and creating improved processes from the ground up.

• Be capable of deploying code with AI tools today, even without a formal software development background.

• Exhibit strong ownership qualities and drive issues to resolution.

• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Previous experience in data centers is not a prerequisite.

• A Computer Science degree or traditional software development experience is not necessary.

• Experience in conventional civil engineering consultancy is not required.
