Founding Marketer – Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for all aspects that attract users to Nola and ensure their retention — including the narrative, communication channels, launch strategies, founder content, user lifecycle, and experimental initiatives.

• Establish and implement the overarching company narrative.

• Develop and expand user acquisition channels.

• Strategize and execute product launches.

• Lead content initiatives driven by the founder.

• Manage lifecycle marketing and retention efforts.

• Conduct growth experiments across various channels.

• Develop agents and automation processes to enhance marketing efficiency.

• Generate and deliver content at a rapid pace.

• Tackle growth challenges without a predefined strategy.

• Foster user growth and engagement throughout the marketing funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields.

• Proven track record of taking a product or company from inception to launch.

• Experience working at an early-stage startup and successfully driving growth from zero to significant user adoption.

• Developed a public presence through a podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, Twitter/X audience, Substack, meme page, or similar platforms.

• Strong grasp of go-to-market strategies without relying on brand recognition, substantial budgets, or established playbooks.

• An AI-native mindset with experience in creating agents, content workflows, research processes, automation systems, or outbound marketing engines.

• Proficient in writing, producing, and iterating content swiftly.

• Comfortable taking ownership of growth outcomes from start to finish.

• Excellent skills in content creation and storytelling.
