This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Manage a specific portfolio of target accounts and achieve your pipeline goals.
• Engage in prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. You are responsible for every phase.
• Generate leads through AI-enhanced outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) targeting accounts where the GTM Engineer identifies strong intent signals.
• Qualify and convert incoming leads from the website, events, content, and paid channels.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions with senior leaders in regulatory, quality, and compliance sectors. Identify their compliance challenges, align them with our platform, and effectively communicate the ROI.
• Lead live product demonstrations, with sales engineering assistance for more complex presentations.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees involving regulatory, IT, procurement, and legal personnel to achieve closed-won deals.
• Utilize Salesforce as your primary reference. Ensure all accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, and stages are logged accurately.
• Utilize tools for call analysis and self-improvement, while also contributing to the development of peers.
• Collaborate closely with the GTM Engineer to experiment with new signals, strategies, and sequences. Provide feedback to enhance the process.
• Assist in shaping the mid-market playbook, including refining the ideal customer profile, qualification criteria, demo processes, objection handling, and pricing strategies for future Account Executive hires.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a minimum of 12 months in a closing role as a full-cycle AE, AE Apprentice, or SDR promoted to AE.
• A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Ability to conduct a discovery call that uncovers genuine pain points rather than merely delivering a features presentation.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Gong Engage / Outreach / Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
• Regularly utilize Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to enhance productivity with account research, call preparation, follow-up drafting, proposal creation, and competitive intelligence.
• Skilled in writing outbound emails that are personalized and do not resemble templates or automated responses.
• Comfortable engaging with lawyers, scientists, and regulatory professionals in multi-stakeholder committees involving regulatory, IT, procurement, and legal aspects.
• A science degree is not required, but a genuine interest in understanding our customers' work is crucial. A strong motivation to rapidly gain expertise is essential.
• Able to thrive without a predefined playbook in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Proficient in native or fluent business English, along with at least one European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) preferred, to facilitate effective communication with prospects and counterparts in the region.
