This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of both sales and marketing initiatives for the organization.

• Conduct all introductory and exploratory calls with incoming prospects.

• Lead strategy development and deliver pitch presentations.

• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.

• Address objections, manage follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.

• Develop and uphold a comprehensive sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.

• Manage and execute internal advertising campaigns on Meta.

• Create and implement a broader marketing strategy that encompasses content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.

• Enhance the company’s brand to attract larger and more established clientele.

• Generate or oversee the development of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.

• Adopt a holistic view of the brand and recognize how advertising integrates into a wider growth strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.

• Proven history of achieving a total compensation of $125,000 or more in a prior position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.

• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle typically ranging from 2 to 6 weeks targeting SMBs or mid-market clients.

• Practical experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or substantial knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.

• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting capabilities.

• Comfortable working independently across both sales and marketing domains.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Residing in the United States and available during standard business hours.

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission, with on-target earnings of approximately $150,000.
