This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Developing and implementing Legion Health’s growth strategy, focusing on experiments with the highest potential impact in areas such as acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Managing multi-channel growth initiatives, which encompass performance marketing (Google, Meta), paid and organic social media, healthcare directories (Zocdoc, Psychology Today), lifecycle messaging (email, SMS), referrals, partnerships, SEO, and content creation.
• Conducting thorough analytics and experimentation using PostHog and SQL-compatible tools to evaluate funnels, establish success metrics, and perform A/B testing across various channels and product interfaces.
• Enhancing conversion rates and patient experiences by optimizing landing pages, onboarding processes, scheduling, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Transforming insights into actionable strategies by synthesizing data, user interviews, and qualitative feedback into clear and prioritized growth decisions.
• Collaborating across functions with product, engineering, design, and clinical operations to eliminate friction while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining care quality.
• Creating scalable playbooks for growth channels that can be replicated, expanded, and ultimately transitioned as the company grows.
• 2–5+ years of experience in growth, consulting, product strategy, marketing, or a related operational role.
• Practical experience in owning or significantly contributing to various acquisition channels (paid social, SEM, directories, lifecycle communications, referrals, partnerships, SEO, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, experimentation design, and data storytelling, preferably using tools like PostHog and basic SQL.
• Proven ability to navigate quickly in ambiguous environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and learn through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard for quality.
• A strong sense of ownership with the capability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
