Founding Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop user-facing functionalities using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Create backend services that support our exchange, including trading, market data, indexing, and monitoring systems.

• Collaborate with the founders and team members to influence the product roadmap and strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, ambiguous startup setting.

• Proven history of ownership and high-agency execution.

• Practical builder who can produce clean, maintainable code while understanding the need for rapid progress.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong technical documentation abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt; readiness to explore new technical areas swiftly.

• You are a senior or staff-level individual contributor who has previously developed technical user-facing products.
