Founding Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance an AI candidate screening platform

• Assist in developing new functionalities such as AI-driven interview preparation and a candidate outreach CRM

• Establish Ref's technical vision, technology stack, and development roadmap

• Work closely with founders to define product scope and gather customer feedback

• A hacker mentality with outstanding programming skills

• Knowledgeable about the latest transformer models, including LLMs and Vector Databases

• Relevant experience, particularly in startup settings or specific domain expertise

• An empathetic approach that values user feedback and promotes team development
