This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leading the onboarding experience for new US partners, both remotely and in person, to ensure a seamless and effective implementation of Magic Notes.
• Promoting user adoption by collecting feedback, analyzing data, and conducting direct training and feedback sessions with users.
• Fostering strong partnerships by going the extra mile to provide a truly magical customer experience. From frontline workers to senior leadership, you’ll engage in meaningful details that matter.
• Showcasing impact by leading pilot evaluations, gathering benchmark data, and analyzing the effects of Magic Notes. Through clear and concise updates and reports, you’ll demonstrate the value of our partnerships.
• Proactively identifying and securing growth opportunities for account expansion, creating proposals, and collaborating with leadership to secure long-term contracts, expansions, and renewals.
• Acting as the Voice of the Customer by focusing on detail and customer experience, sharing critical insights to inform both product development and broader go-to-market strategies.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of customer success processes and playbooks tailored for the US market.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills: A natural ability to connect and establish trust with individuals at all levels, fostering strong relationships.
• Excellent communication skills: You possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, making it easy for you to articulate complex ideas clearly and deliver engaging presentations.
