This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Practice Partnerships
• Identify and prioritize target pediatric and family practices
• Execute outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person networking
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings, practice visits, lunch-and-learns, and leadership presentations
• Travel frequently for in-person sales meetings, networking events, and conferences to create new opportunities
• Manage Pipeline Development
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline within HubSpot
• Monitor outreach, meetings, next steps, and deal progress
• Develop and implement follow-up strategies that advance opportunities
• Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and essential sales metrics
• Contribute to Shaping Triplemoon's Go-To-Market Strategy
• Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for business development focus
• Assess conferences, sponsorships, physician dinners, referral partnerships, digital communities, and other growth avenues
• Discover opportunities to enhance messaging, targeting, and sales processes
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to leadership
• Experiment with new business development tactics and assist in creating repeatable playbooks
• Represent Triplemoon
• Act as an ambassador for Triplemoon's mission and clinical model
• Clearly convey our value proposition to physicians and practice leaders
• Foster trust with prospective partners through professionalism, responsiveness, and effective relationship management
• Over 5 years of experience in driving pediatric primary care sales
• Proven success in prospecting via cold outreach and direct face-to-face sales
• History of achieving monthly sales targets
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
• Self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in dynamic startup environments
• Experience attending and generating business at conferences and industry events (preferred)
• Previous startup experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and provider economics (preferred)
